Trying to Add Solium account for download

Hello, I'm trying to add Solium for company stock transaction downloads, however I keep getting error code FD-192 - MFA not supported. I don't have MFA enabled on that account, so not sure why it's failing to connect. Anyone have thoughts on how to further troubleshoot this issue?

    Solium, now known as Shareworks, would need to sign the contract with Q/Intuit for that to happen.

    I guess Solium was once an independent company? They’re owned by JP Morgan and branded as Shareworks.
