Can I increase some of my allowed limits on quicken by upgrading my subscription?

Dear Community Members:

I have been using quicken premier for a while now. Recently I ran into a problem when creating a loan account as illustrated in the attached picture. I want to know if I can increase the said limit by upgrading my subscription or not? Or is it a limit that is common across all subscriptions? Also my quicken file is becoming very laggy and slow due to a large number of transactions. Can I make quicken faster by upgrading my subscription as well?
