File to correct update process

I still get the failure to update Quicken when I try to update. What is the name of the file I need and where is it please?

    Are you trying to do One Step Update (which is downloading transactions from financial institutions into Quicken) or are you trying to update the version of the Quicken software?

    I rarely update the program because the things that are corrected or updated have no vulue to me. However, I do try to get the update once a year but lost how I get it.
