Quicken Mac doesn't let me schedule "Dividend Income" or "Reinvest Dividend" transactions

When I create a new "Dividend Income" or "Reinvest Dividend" transaction (I've done both many times.), the "Schedule Selected Transaction" button is grayed out. Why is that? Duplicating a transaction with a new date shouldn't be difficult.

This capability doesn't currently exist in Quicken Mac. You should add your vote (and optionally comment) to the Idea thread (enhancement request) for this capability in Quicken Mac here:

Would someone please point me in the direction of tracking Bond/CD transactions and how to enter dividends received from Govt securities. I can't seem to come up with a good method to track Fed Securities purchased directly from Fed.
