I moved my amount from ML Direct deposit to ML Preferred Deposit and the amount is not getting reflected. Any suggestion?

    Is the new Preferred Deposit a money market fund, where shares are bought and sold when you make deposits and withdrawals? Sometimes the share price of money market funds gets downloaded as zero rather than $1.00, reducing the balance to zero.

    If this is the case, you should go to the Security List and un-check the Download Quotes box for that fund, and also go to the fund's Security Details page and correct the price history so that all the entries are $1.00.
