Where are the data for Emergency Records Organizer and Address Book stored?

Are the ERO and Address Book data stored in the Quicken datafile so that they get backed up with Quicken backups?

If not, where is they stored?

I know that the Quicken Inventory Manager data is stored separately from the datafile and has to be backed up separately.
