Chase credit card not downloading missing transactions (edit)

Downloads from chase credit card had been working OK but this last pay period it only downloaded 10 of 19 transactions. I reset the account and did the update now a couple of times and it will not pick up the missing transactions. I also deleted the express web connect and redid it. Still would not work.

Any suggestions?

    any errors - like the OL-221 that has been reported by hundreds,
    and there is also an Alert posted -

    Note that the OL-221 error is for Web Connect/QFX file, and this stated as a problem downloading, so this is completely different problem. For downloading Chase, Express Web Connect + is being used.
