Manual Reconcile Bug?

I have quicken classic business & personal R52.33 Build 27.1.52.33.

When I hit ctrl-r to reconcile my checking or credit card accounts, I get a pop up box that looks like this:

I have not tried to continue from this box. Have others seen this issue?

    Ctrl-r works for me with this version:

    Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
