OL-304-A error for several days

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
I have gone through the "reset connection" and still get this error. I tried creating a blank data file to see if it would work as a brand new account, and still get connection errors. Who is the best resource to help get this fixed? My bank points me to Quicken. Screenshot is below with account numbers erased.

that did not work. As noted I’ve tried to set it up in a blank data file as a new account and it is failing.
