Won't update

The newest version will not install. There is no Error code, just the statement that the update failed to install.

    @Cnfante You posted in q Quickien Mac category, but your profile says Quicken Windows, and your description sounds like a Windows update rather than a Mac update. Can you confirm whether you're using Quicken Windows, so we can have a moderator move your post to the proper place.
