RE: UPDATE 11/27/23 Unable to open data file/file password not working in Quicken for Windows

I cannot seem to respond to your post on the very latest update 11/29 today regarding ONE drive and the issues. You give instructions and I follow them- I click on Disk1. There is absolutely NO SetupEXE. Here is the screen shot file below.

Advise what to do next and what exactly on WHAT SETUP because there are 3 listed, do we fix this? I am mad because I just wasted 1/2 hr with a rep that the stupid screen share would not work.

    You need to turn on showing the file extension in Windows File Explorer, and then you will see Setup.exe.
