Credit cards transactions reversed

I know this has been asked many times but I have one card that insists on importing charges as payments and payments as charges. these are directly from the bank. It really messes up my budgeting. is there a way to reverse this one card to read and budget correctly?

I have turned on the charge and payment columns and it is showing backward. Should I talk with my bank/credit union?

    Are they actually in the wrong columns? Or is just the balance going the wrong way? Which bank?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    I am using the CU, quicken import via a qfx file. the credit union is University Federal Credit Union. they are currently working with quicken to allow direct downloads.

    You can open the downloaded .qfx file in TextEdit and look at a few transactions to see if they have the positives and negatives reversed. (For a credit card, charges should be negative numbers and payments should be positive.) My guess is that they have it backwards.
