Paycheck categories eliminated after upgrading to 7.4.2

After upgrading to 7.4.2, about 7 months worth of paychecks had their categories eliminated. The paychecks now just show a deposit for the net amount, with all previous Splits removed, and just shows the net amount as Uncategorized.

Any others facing this? Any solutions?

    I'm not seeing this in my data files, and haven't seen others reporting it. Can you try going to your backup file from just prior to the backup — Quicken created a Pre-Update backup prior to installing version 7.4.x — and seeing if the same problem recurs when you open the backup file and it updates to the current database format.

    thanks. i tried that but it didn't work. i'll just rebuild it with a scheduled transaction

    I wrote a separate post with a similar issue. My split transactions were not with paychecks but with my split mortgage transactions, going back over a year. It also happened with a split phone bill going back to June 2023.
