Are renaming rules case sensitive ?

I keep chasing renaming rule issues especially when the name might change case. Example a trigger for "Walton EMC" appears not to catch "WALTON EMC". The credit card payments seem to be changing a lot recently. I suggest on option on the renaming rules to ignore case.

    Renaming rules ignore case. The problem must be something else.

    One thing to check is if the renaming rule is using "If Payee Contains" is used instead of the default "If Quicken name is".
