Moving accounts from the Banking area to the Investing area in Quicken Classic.

How do I move my "certificate of deposit" account from the Banking area to the Investing area? Drag and drop will only allow me to move it within the Banking area.

    You can't move them, but you could recreate them in an investment account. It would require creating a bogus ticker/symbol for each one and then "buying" a given quantity of that ticker at $1 each
