Wells Fargo One-Step update

When I try to do an One-Step update and pay bills, I get a complete message but nothing has happened. All the bills I tried to schedule are still there and the update symbol is still next to the account..

I am not experiencing any issue with transaction downloads from Wells Fargo. I would first try Resetting the account. If that doesn't resolve the issue, next I'd try Deactivating and Reactivating the account.

What connection type? With Wells Fargo it can be either Direct Connect (best) or messed up Express Web Connect +.
