How to add Navy Federal Credit Union and Quicken World Mastercard to Quicken Classic?

I am having trouble adding some of my accounts at Navy Federal Credit Union and Quicken World Master card to Quicken Classic even when I go to the websites. I either get information that isn't related to my account or missing information. Sometimes it won't download. I get this error message CC-929 and OL-331-A. I am about to throw in the towel! I don't think I will renew my subscription,

Are you following the activation procedure in https://www.quickencard.com/credit/faqs.do to activate and add your card to Quicken?
If all else fails, contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
