How do I turn the prompt on that will ask if I want to write or print a check after reconcile

I checked the box of "Don't ask me again" after reconciling a credit card account to print or write a check. I was hoping it will always write a check as default, but no, it didn't ask and didn't put an entry in the registry either. I could not find a place to turn this back on. Please advise. Thank you.
