Investing.Quicken.Com - still not working since Nov 2023 - RESOLVED 3/7/24 (edit)
It has been 2 months since my investing.quicken from Quicken Deluxe quit downloding to the stock level. I am thinking about seeking other software. Surely this should have been fixed by now.

I recently returned to Quicken after a year's absence mainly due to the portfolio analysis in Investing.Quicken.Com. What is the deal? Is it working or not? I can't get it updated to my latest accounts.

Investing.quicken fails on Apple Silicon. Several weeks ago I informed quicken support the following:
Product fails on Apple A17 Pro (iPhone i15 Pro Max, iOS 17.2.1)
Product fails on Apple M3 (M3 iMac, Sonoma 14.2.1)
Product runs correctly on MacBook Pro (2.8 Ghz Quad Core Intel i7, Sonoma 14.2.1)
Support was astonished when I reported the above. They had no ideas. They did comment that Quicken plans to make investing.quicken available ONLY to those who purchase/lease Quicken Premier.

Any update on resolving the issues with the online site seemingly still tracking portfolios but not showing any individual securities or funds, and no ability to edit or update existing portfolios or create new? My original ticket was 110565392 (may have been 10565392 -- I might have written it down wrong) of 11/1/23. When I called back 12/15, they said it had been upgraded because of numerous people reporting and said in now had a universal ticket 10574505.
The site still is not functioning. Wondering if this is an artifact of Quicken having to use Intuit's servers for connectivity as it does with many financial institutions or if there's something else.
Quicken is still valuable, but less so without this.

Investing/quicken deluxe quit working for me in mis-October and both IPAD and Windows desktop. I have called multiple times and they state they are working on it. [Removed - Speculation/Disruptive] My subscription expires in May 2024. I am not getting what I paid for.

I'm the one that first posted about investing.quicken not working back in October. After many phone calls and postings on Community Forum, I gave up. Quicken keeps saying they are working on it, but what they did was force me to go to Premier, even though my Quicken Deluxe did not expire until May 2024. The Premier is alright, but I liked the previous Deluxe better.

I don’t see how the Premiere version works any differently with respect to the Investing website - since once you are browsing the website… that’s all self contained and it either works or it doesn’t
but maybe they have added back the Investing settings - but for just the Premiere version

the website for - Investing.Quicken.com - appears to be broken, abandoned, and is now an orphan feature -
suggest visiting and posting status once a month - so this topic thread doesn't get closed -It looks like the JavaScripts on that webpage are broken - so none of the menus work …

There is absolutely no difference between Deluxe and Premier as far as this feature goes. Quicken Support shouldn't have pushed you to Premier.

Well, we would never know because Quicken Inc never gives enough that kind of information, they act like everyone should just figure out what they changed by themselves, but at this point all of that is pointless since the site doesn't work for anyone.
Frankly, I wonder where they have hired (if they have hired) any of the website designers/developers, because all I see is marketing and no substance. Their main website has become pretty much useless. Tell me you can look at it and tell what features are available at what level. Before it was bad, now it is totally useless. And the fact that they can't get the "postal code" right for the Canadian users, or the fact that at any given time if you are on the Canadian site, you click a link and you might be viewing US content. "Web" just doesn't seem to be their strong point.
And let's face it, this feature is another one of the one created years ago that has been just neglected. I doubt anyone knows how it works any more.

yup - it’s all window dressing now - change the name, change the logo, add more glitter, create more logic issues, and Intuit has their hands full with more and more connection issues… at what point will they just quit that business-

Frankly I think the only reason Intuit hasn't quit the business is because of they need the same kind of support for Quickbooks.

I'm using Premier and lots of others that have the problem are using it too. The site is just broken…

Why don't you notify your support techs that there is a problem with Investing.Quicken?
I just wasted 4 hours of my day between your support desk and trial and error so I can take advantage of the features in Investing.
Don't you ever do regression testing when you update your products? I was QA manager for a major insurance company years ago. Nothing was released to our 60,000 users unless our apps passed all tests.
A lot of unhappy customers out here.
Windows 11: as of 03/06/2024 current release in Windows and Quicken Premier and all Office 365 products. Data from all connections in Quicken Premier are working correctly, including 15 minute updates for Investment Accounts.
Only issue is Failure to Connect, Update, and transfer data from Quicken to Investing.Quicken.com.

It still does appear in the Quicken Preferences - but the website is broken with non-functioning JavaScripts -
As far as support - there's not even an official parking place on the forum for this Quicken feature.
Several other discussions have popped up and still garner some comments about the lack of attention.
I don't even think there is an ALERT for it - Investing.Quicken.com - as being broken and non-functioning -
or maybe there is…. but it is "Ongoing" - which pretty much means nothing is going on….0 -

In my opinion the Investing.Quicken.com feature is outdated. I think it was, and still is an obsolete Intuit product. It seems like they put in a fix recently to be able to delete portfolio information uploaded from Quicken, which I was glad to see.

I agree, I always found the "advice" to be "not interested" in any security I owned. About the only thing it had going for it was uploading from Quicken. In every other regard there were much better "portfolio" websites, mostly for free too.

I installed R55.12, which has this line in the release notes:
