Credit card reconcile switched to Online Balance
One of my credit card accounts switched to Online Balance from Paper Statement and I can't switch it back. Have unchecked in accounts and on the reconcile screen but it continues. Also, I inadvertently checked "don't show me this screen again" on the section that automatically adds a payment for the credit card after reconcile and I don't know how to get it back.

Go to Account Details → Online Services tab, the is a checkbox at the bottom of it "Reconcile to online balance". Deselect it and select OK.
The next time you start reconcile, it will ask you if you want to reconcile to the Statement or Online Balance.
For the "don't show me this screen again" problem:
Edit → Alerts & Messages → Reset Quicken Warnings
