Canada - Customize the date on the monthly budget

I am in Canada and I have the Quicken Classic, Version R53.26, Build 27.1.53.26.

In Planning/Budgets you have the option to see your budget monthly, quarterly, yearly… what ever you choose will always show from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Is it possible to change this date (1st of the month) for another date? My budget is planning from the 23rd of the month. I would like to change this 1st of the month to 23rd. Is it possible?
