lost my downloaded transaction window
I can not see my downloaded transactions under my register, not sure what happen it was there and then it was gone. Here is what I use to see:
well i was going to show a screenshot but it will not let me!
so when i do a one step update at the bottom of my register there is an > Downloaded Transactions (0) Bills and Income Reminders (0 Due). Then I am able to accept or not accept them.
this is not showing now. I hope I explained my problem correctly

You can add a screen shot. Capture the image and save it to an icon on your desktop. Then drag & drop the icon into the comment section of your next post.

Check these two settings:
In the preferences:
In the account details → Online Services tab:
Not to mention that "Deactivate" is there and not "Setup" which indicates that the account is still setup for downloading of transactions.
