Issues Downloading from Tangerine
We are using Quicken Canada on a Windows 11 PC.
When we're logged into Tangerine Bank and select download with the option download all transactions since last download, the download creates a file but when you double click it, no transactions show in Quicken and no error messages appear. In order to download Tangerine transactions for posting, one has to download using a date range.
Is there something we need to clear or rectify in Quicken or is this a known Quicken issue with Tangerine?
