Blank white screen

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I am running Quicken Classic and it just started giving me the white screen. It askes me for my vault password and to update accounts. It shows the accounts are updating and then the screen goes to white and will not open up into a full screen just the preview from the task bar.
I downloaded the latest update and installed but it didn't fix anything.
Help!
