Transfer Detection

I am very frustrated with the Transfer Detection to the point that i turned it off to make my efforts less of a hassle but it just keeps on doing it.

Can this be removed or just made to work?

  At a minimum I would set it to confirm. I would also question anyone that is using it, to see if they actually understand what it is doing, along with its limitations:
