Quicken can't find USAA savings anymore

R55.26 Quicken hasn't updated USAA savings since 12/31/23. I have tried resetting and de/reactivating. It only sees the checking account. I've also tried restoring a backup from Dec 2023 and have the same result.

    When you did the deactivate/reactivate, did you first deactivate both your checking and savings accounts? Sometimes that is needed before downloads for both accounts can be set up, again.

    At first I only did the savings but did end up doing both at the same time. It wants to put all of the checking transactions into both checking and savings. It does not 'see' or find my savings account. I've tried restoring from a backup in Dec and there's no joy. I have interest accruing in the savings that hasn't posted in Quicken for Jan-Mar.

    Oh and I also exited the browser and rebooted the pc, just in case.
