Capital One downloads not downloading

I've selected my latest statement to be downloaded as a QFX file. The download completes but is only 2 KB, not the usual 30+. I even tried to download the QFX file from another computer with the same result. I tried to import it into Quicken but nothing happens, no error message just zip. I contracted Quicken help and they think it's a problem with Capital One. Curious if anyone else has encountered this.

    I had the same issue with CapOne yesterday not providing any of the available transactions in the download BUT it worked as expected today.
