How does one request the addition of an institution to Quicken?

First Electronic Bank of Utah issues the HEB Visa Credit Card but it does not appear in the list for adding a new account.

    You can't request such from Quicken/Intuit. The Financial Institution needs to do so.

    log into their online website - and see if there is any mention of downloading to Quicken -
    If not - then they have not contracted with Quicken to provide that service - as Quicken is a business offering those services.
    That name is not currently listed as being contracted and supported by Quicken services.
