Investment Portfolio Value Report always shows closed lots?

I must be missing something BUT today I ran an Investment Portfolio Value report as I usually do BUT instead of my expected current holdings that always showed, it now shows a very long list of securities that I no longer own.
Something changed somewhere as I want the Investment Portfolio Value to show what is owned NOW only. I can't find a setting anywhere (except in Portfolio view where I have show closed lots off)

@nettiek1112 for the securities you no longer own, do they show any type of balance other than zero?

Seems like a serious bug. I will follow this and the older thread above I hadn't seen before.
