Why some business days not included in historical prices?
Some dates not listed in historical prices downloaded by Quicken Classic. Value of accounts for those dates assume price of securities on closest day available, therefore are wrong.

@25yruser - when you download historical prices, it doesn't download all prices. Quicken downloads daily prices of the selected securities for the most recent month, weekly prices for the 11 months prior to that, and monthly prices thereafter.

How about an example? A graphic (JPG format) of your price history would be helpful.
CTRL-Y to display the security list, click on a security with this issue, click MORE and "Edit Price History"
