The connection works, but I had almost everything was duplicated and it didn't successfully match anything. It also found my HSA, but not my LPFSA. Better and the important one is at least connecting.

Same here. If you manually entered transactions, and now that it's working again, you update. I found they did not match up either when downloaded and accepted. Had to go in and correct transactions.

Same here, after making successful connection, it downloaded all pending transactions twice. I hope this is one time issue post connection reset. Will need to monitor future transactions.

While it is good to see it connecting again and downloading, it messed up my balance and now working through that. I went into a test file in quicken to set up from scratch, and it downloaded every transaction from the beginning of 2024, creating a duplicate of every transaction (credits and debits). The end balance matches the online account but the transactions are 100% duplicated. Hoping that will not be an issue going forward.

I have often found that, when doing an account reset or reactivating online services, it screws up the opening balance of the account somehow. That would not be unique to this particular HealthEquity issue methinks.

It connected finally for me as well. I also got duplicate transactions but hopefully that will be a one time thing. Thanks for the info and helping push this through.

still not assigning the brokerage portion under quicken "Investing" section. Only tracking the checking funds.

To the best of my knowledge it’s never tracked investments. For a while I was keeping a separate account where i manually tracked it, but I don’t think Quicken/HealthEquity ever supported it directly.
