    I have been using Quicken for at lease the past 10 years. Since 4/15/2024, it has failed to pickup the transactions from both Bank of America and San Diego County Credit Union. I have talked to your technical people and they have offered no solution and last month I entered everything manually. I believe the problem is referenced as CC-501. When is a fix expected?

    @tmosh1949 Are you running the Canadian Mac product? Your reference to San Diego would seem to indicate otherwise … and you posted in a Mac Canada forum.

    i am having bofa down load issues as well. just started today. reset it several times and still no luck
