How do we see status of a support ticket?
I opened a ticket, #11096961 regarding Quicken fields being too short to hold Coinbase keys. Things have changed and I cannot find a way to get the status of that ticket without calling in.

Yes, I've done that. It appears that they only want us to make a phone call. When I talk with the people on Chat, they are unaware of a ticket and cannot provide a status. They are willing to open a new ticket - to get the status of an existing ticket!?!
I am asking if anyone in the community knows the webpage that I don't know, someone place online that shows status of your tickets?
