Cannot Add a New Loan

Stuck in a loop where the reminder cannot be added, so the only option is to cancel the set up of a new loan. All troubleshooting steps offered by Quicken fail to adequately solve the problem without destroying the file. Please escalate! A hotfix is warranted! Please step up Quicken!

    @kpandola Which Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

    And, what type of loan are you trying to add? Have you already created, in Q, the Loan account? Because that step occurs prior to the reminder being created.

    I am having this same issue — stuck in the "reminder" loop.
