Quicken keeps asking for Login information

Quicken keeps asking for login. It is really disappointing. The Quicken support said it was a bug and will be fixed with the update (last update), however, no change happened. It's still asking for login.

It's terrible that you're hoping for things to get better as we progress, but the opposite happens.

    Login into what? What's the exact message, can you provide a screenshot of it?

    Every time I'm trying to download transactions (One Stop Update), the login screen comes up, which never did before. It started about 3 months ago and it shows up every few days. It's a login to Quicken Account. Why suddenly the mistrust? I will take a screenshot next time it shows up again.
