Why can't I disable display of "more accounts" and "separate"?

I do not find the display of these items in the account list helpful. In fact, these items account for more than 25% of the account list, given my 20 accounts across four different account categories - basically amounting to a lot of unnecessary clutter. Hello Intuit, can we PLEASE have the option of displaying these or not?

    Why can't you click the triangle next to the "Separate" label to collapse that grouping down to 1 line?
