How Do You Get Quicken Home Inventory to work on Windows 11

I just got a new computer and reinstalled Quicken and activated Home Inventory. I had it working on my previous Windows 11 by changing the QHI.EXE properties to Windows 8 compatibility and High Def Res to application. However these do not longer work. The application loads but then freezes. I have to go into Task Manager to kill it. Has anybody got it to work?

    Got it to work. Just clicked on the QHI database and it works.
