Red flag but no transactions show

Quicken Windows Other Member
I see red flags on several accounts. When I go to the register, they do not show up to accept or match.
When I go to Online Center > Transactions I see them there but when I click 'Compare to register' it opens the account register and nothing shows up to compare.

Thank you. I will bookmark
I had tried all the other account manipulation suggestions and none of them had worked. I had not tried this one. But in the meantime I re-installed Quicken and that worked.
