CC-501 unable to connect to Quicken services to add account - all else works

This has been going on for several days.
- I want to add a CD account to others at Ally bank
- it fails every time after login and password, saying Oops and that it's your fault, can't contact your servers, CC-501
- BUT - I continue to be able to update accounts at Ally just fine
- I'm using the Add Account menu item, just as I did to add other CDs at Ally, which report fine
- this is all on Quicken Classic, forever years, on very well-maintained Windows 11
Do you have remnant problems from the big Microsoft internet crash Friday? Or some other ongoing problem you're not announcing??

Thanks, UKR. I've just done that, after fail again today, and referenced a code as they've requested on front-page report of other major banks apparently having the same problem now - 11184897
Tedious, at best :)
