I use Quicken Premier for Windows. Over the past couple of months, downloading transactions from Nelnet has not been working. I also noted that when I try to add new accounts from Nelnet, I only see www.nelnet.com as an option, where https://nelnet.studentaid.gov/account/login is the appropriate login site and it is not a listed option.

    Looking at the Nelnet site I'm seeing this:

    Could that be the source of the problem?

    The Neinet entry in the fidir.txt file does show that URL:

    68264 68264 68264 U-fi From Nelnet Student Loans https://u-fi.com/ 844-307-3451 https://u-fi.repayloan.app/Account/Login ACTIVE BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA

    You will probably need to contact Official Quicken Support to really figure out what's going on here.
