Rental Property Tab

What am I missing? I have Quicken Classic Business and Personal and there is NO "rental property" tab. I just started adding in all our transactions and I've been all over this software and never spotted it.

    You need to turn it on:

    Please do the following mouse clicks:

    1. Click on View in the Menu Bar
    2. In the popup menu click on Classic Menus so that this line has a checkmark next to it
      This will add more Menu Items to the Menu Bar including a Rental Property item
    3. Click on View in the Menu Bar again
    4. Hover the mouse pointer over Show Tabs (or click on it) to open another popup menu
    5. Review this popup menu and click any black menu item which does not have a checkmark next to it (gray items cannot be changed)
      For example, clicking on Rental Property will make the Rental tab available in the (green or blue) Tab Bar.
    6. Repeat the above items 3 thru 5 until you have added all the tabs you want to see in the Tab Bar.
