Trouble Downloading Amazon Account

I cannot download any transactions from my Amazon account. Tried reset but still no luck. Is there a problem between Quicken and amazon.?

    When referring to "Amazon account" are you referring to Amazon-branded credit cards? If so, what bank is associated with your card? It looks like both Chase and Synchrony issue credit cards with the Amazon logo.

    Is there any error code associated with the problem? Is just "today's" problem or is this an ongoing problem?

    I've experienced no problem with downloads to my Amazon Prime credit card issued by Chase.
