Command and shortcut key to repeat last register entry

I find I am frequently adding similar register transactions for the same payee with the same category. I would find it helpful and time saving to have a hotkey to repeat the last entry perhaps using CTRL + " (similar to Excel). I searched and don't see this is available, but it seems a no brainer to include this feature.

    If the Payee is on the Memorized Payee List, you can retrieve the Payee, Category, Memo, and amount if you want just by typing a few letters of the desired Payee name. Also you can copy and paste one or more transactions by selecting, right clicking, and selecting Copy transaction(s) then going to the blank transaction at the bottom, right clicking, and selecting Paste Transaction(s).

    Hi Jim - yes, I'm aware of the Memorized Payee List. I'm suggesting an even faster tool.
