How to change an account from web connect to direct connect?

    What financial institution? Because part (a BIG part) of the conversion depends upon the FI.

    US Bank, for example, requires that you coordinate with their tech people to set-up Direct Connect. AND, again as an example, USB uses a different FI name in Q for it's Direct Connect downloads.
