Not all of my investment accounts showing

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Some of my investment accounts (holdings) do not show up in my portfolio's even if I click on them to add them to the portfolio. I have a personal and retirement portfolio and am not able to **** all of my mutual fund holdings to these portfolios.

Which fund company? What type of accounts (taxable, 401k, etc.) ? What type of securities do you hold in the account(s)? Can you download from the fund company into your desktop Q?
