Automatic Lot Selection?
Hello, I regularly download my transactions from my investment firm. I always hit accept all, but then have to go and specify which lots were sold for stocks that I have multiple lots. Sometimes it is an easy pick as for example it will say 2.81 shares sold and I have two lots, one of which was 2.81 shares. Other times not so easy. Generally speaking I don't rely on quicken to give me stock performance reports, so even if I select the wrong lot it doesn't impact anything for me personally. My question is, Can I change a setting to let quicken automatically select which lot the sale was made from so that I don't have to do it individually?

Go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded transactions > Settings (Lot Assignment after Investment Download) > select an account from the drop-down menu > check the box for Automatic Assignment instead of Prompting on Accept > repeat for each account you want this done with.
