One Step Update does not remember Fidelity account password. How can I fix this?

I saw someone else posted this same issue earlier this year and didn't get a response. Whenever I enter my Fidelity password into the One Step Update screen and tic the "Save" box, the password isn't saved and I have to reenter it the next time I run One Step Update. How can I fix this?

Does the PW Vault show that a PW is saved there? (Tools > Password Vault > Add or Edit Passwords)
If not, add and save the PW there and see if that resolves the issue for you.

@cfischy - I'm glad to hear it worked for you. Thanks for posting that here so others who might have the same issue will know it might work for them, too.
