Does anyone have new issues with auto-reconcile?

I have been using Quicken Deluxe for Win for many years. Few months ago my checking accound was off by thousands of dollars. Eventually just made an adjustment to get back to "0".

Now other accounts are doing same things. Ones that would reconcile without problems. For example, it is saying that there are entries as far back as 2002 and 2006, etc that haven't cleared. This was never a problem. On on occasion, I just closed out and reopened and it had different cleared entries! Still not reconciled. All of my bank accounts don't reconcile now!

Even if I were to manually clear the ones that supposedly are not cleared, this does not correct the reconcile. What is now going on. No new computer. Just added key code for another year. Thing has changed that I am aware of.

Frustrated. Never had these issues in past.

    Are the accounts in question Spending accounts (i.e., Checking, Savings, Credit Card, etc.)?

    Is the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount of these accounts accurate? (You might need to restore an old backup file….one that is dated from before you first observed this issue…in order to easily identify what the Opening Balance transactions dollar amounts should be.)
