Expand window when adding accounts, "Make a suggestion" in help menu, & bulk deactivate [Edited]

I'd like to suggest adding the following:

  1. Allow the screen to be expandable when choosing which accounts to add from a financial institution.
  2. Under the Help menu, add "Make a Suggestion."
  3. When having to deactivate several accounts from the same financial institution, allow the option to select multiple accounts and deactivate them using a single click.

    #2 should be easy to implement because all they have to do is call the same function as this button:
