Quicken Simplifi and Alight - Target

I was using Mint, and then moved to Simplifi.

I have Alight - Target 401k and cannot get the account to work with simplifi. IT was working a few months ago, but stopped refreshing. I tried to reconnect the account, but that did not work.

I have tried to remove and readd, but that also did not work.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
